Privacy Policy

What we collect

Name, email, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, platform names, and the incident narrative submitted through the case-consultation form. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp).

What we do with it

Case-consultation submissions are read by a Cryptocurrency Professor analyst for the purpose of scoping the trail. Server logs are retained for security and abuse mitigation.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not share your case data with third parties except where required to file a packet (IC3, state AG, exchange compliance, civil discovery) and only with your written consent.

Retention

Case data is retained for the life of the case plus seven years for record-keeping. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Security

Submissions travel over TLS. Storage is access-restricted. We do not request, store, or transmit seed phrases.
